Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Vendor Software Tool Administrator to oversee pipelines and essential utilities, driving automation and leading resolution of complex issues. You will work with IBM/ISV tools and modernize processes across client environments.

Responsibilities include applying and extending standard utilities (DFSORT/Syncsort, IDCAMS, IEBGENER/IEBCOPY/SORT) and collaborating with diverse teams to deliver robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience as Vendor software Tool Administrator for enterprise tools.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and lead resolutions.
• Experience developing technical solutions and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead resolution processes for complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
• Develop technical solutions, automation of processes and lead individual or small team initiatives.
• Utilize and extend standard IBM and ISV utilities such as DFSORT / Syncsort, IDCAMS, IEBGENER / IEBCOPY / SORT utilities.
