Job summary

Next Frontier Capital is seeking a Technology Support III to join Commercial & Investment Bank - Post Trade. The role focuses on ensuring the operational stability, availability, and performance of production application flows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting and maintaining IT services.
• Experience with IBM zSeries Mainframe environment (z/OS, JCL, TSO/ISPF).
• Knowledge of DB2/Adabas and VSAM utilities.
• Experience with CONTROLM/CA7/Autosys scheduling and batch delivery.
• Experience in large-scale IT environments on premises and in the cloud.
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools and techniques.
• Exposure to ITIL processes in IT service management.
• Basic understanding of application development lifecycle.
• Incident management from triage to root-cause resolution.
• Knowledge of securities, fund accounting, clearance or related domains (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provides end-to-end service delivery to enable successful business operations.
• Supports daily maintenance to ensure stability and availability.
• Monitor production environments for anomalies using standard tools.
• Escalate issues and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
• Analyze complex situations to anticipate and resolve incidents and changes.
