Key Responsibilities

• Experience in Mainframe production support.
• Need to have knowledge on production support process and tools (Service now or similar ITSM tool, Batch process, Incident & Problem management, Change and release deployments)

Preferred Requirements

• IBM Mainframe: COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, CICS
• Incident & Problem Management
• Batch Operations & Job Management, Change, Release, and Deployment Support & Client Coordination & Stakeholder Communication
• Tools & Utilities: File-AID, SPUFI, Changeman, ISPF, Abend-AID, SORT utilities.
• Ticketing & Monitoring: ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM tools

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $116000 /Annual

Pay Range Maximum: $167000 / Annual
