Location: Trenton, NJ 08625- Hybrid Role ( (2 days Onsite, 3 days Remote)

Rate: $40/hr on W2 or $47/hr on C2C or 1099- MAX

• 5+ years of hands‑on COBOL coding, testing, and debugging experience
• 5+ years of IBM OS/JCL (MVS) experience
• 5+ years of CICS development, testing, and debugging experience
• 5+ years of IBM DB2 development, testing, and debugging experience
• 5+ years of experience developing technical and user documentation
• 5+ years of experience performing usability testing and participating in system testing with end users
• 5+ years of experience developing and supporting stored procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams in a fast‑paced environment

Preferred:

• 5+ years of IDMS to DB2 conversion experience
• 5+ years of IDMS/DC to CICS conversion experience
• Experience with Information Builders FOCUS
• Experience supporting large‑scale government or judicial systems
