Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. seeks a Sr Mainframe Production Support Analyst to join the client’s Mainframe Operations team. The role is based in Pennington, NJ with Charlotte, NC and Jacksonville, FL as hybrid locations, three days onsite per week.

You will monitor and support mainframe components and drive incident resolution to ensure high availability. Ideal candidates have strong DB2, Cobol II, JCL, and tools experience, hands-on debugging with Intertest/TMONG, and familiarity with CA7/OPC

Qualifications

• Strong mainframe experience with DB2, Cobol II, JCL and utilities.
• Knowledge of BMC DB2 Catalog Manager and Application Performance Analyzer.
• Hands-on debugging with Intertest and TMONG for CICS and Batch programs.
• Familiarity with VSAM, utilities, and mainframe scheduling tools OPC/CA7.
• Financial services background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for mainframe systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Monitor system health and troubleshoot DB2, Cobol, CICS, IMS and other mainframe components.

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Sr Mainframe Production Support Analyst (NJ, NC, FL) to join their dedicated team. As a Sr Mainframe Production Support Analyst (NJ, NC, FL), you will be an integral part of the Mainframe Operations Department supporting critical business functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to technical challenges, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Sr Mainframe Production Support Analyst (NJ, NC, FL)

Location:Pennington, NJ/ Charlotte, NC/ Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid -3 days onsite per week)

Pay Range: $65-$67/hr

• Hands-on experience with debugging tools such as Intertest and TMONG for CICS and Batch programs.
• Familiarity with VSAM, Utilities, and mainframe scheduling tools like OPC or CA7.
• Financial services background or prior experience with Merrill Lynch or Bank of America systems is a plus.
