Job summary

Regions Bank seeks a Operations Associate to support the availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise and mainframe computing environments. The role blends scheduled production processing with real-time monitoring in a 24x7 banking setting.

You will monitor mainframe systems, respond to alerts, run batch jobs, and maintain production records under supervision. Onsite at Riverchase Operations Center, Hoover, Alabama, with a Thursday–Sunday shift schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work under direct guidance and in a structured environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate mainframe and enterprise systems, monitor batch processing.
• Respond to alerts and escalate incidents per procedures.
• Maintain production documentation and records.
• Support outage management and incident timelines.
• Ensure compliance with risk, cybersecurity, and change management practices.
