Job summary

Eitacies Inc in Utah is seeking a Level 1 Incident Manager to respond to critical IT incidents. You will quickly create, triage, and track incidents while communicating with IT staff, customers and vendors to restore services.

This onsite role requires the ability to monitor infrastructure, review mainframe JCL as needed, and support incident deliveries. Expect shift flexibility, including holidays and nights; lifting up to 50 pounds may be required.

• Ability to monitor infrastructure connectivity, assets and services.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform on-site deliveries as required.
