Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Mainframe Cobol Developer for a 12-month contract with potential for full-time conversion. The role is onsite in downtown Des Moines, IA, requiring hands-on Cobol development and SQL experience, with familiarity in LifePRO being a plus.

Day-to-day tasks include coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining programs, as well as collaborating with users to document procedures and assist with system specifications. On-call responsibilities are part of the role.
