Job summary

Saransh Inc is seeking an experienced Mainframe Test Batch Support Analyst to join the MTES team in Raleigh. You will oversee onshore batch processing, investigate abends, manage incidents via ServiceNow, and coordinate with offshore teams to ensure SLA compliance.

The role requires 8–10 years in production/test support and 3+ years in batch monitoring, with preference for banking/financial services exposure and a 24x7 global support background.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of Mainframe Production/Test Support experience.
• Minimum 3+ years in batch monitoring and incident management.
• Experience in large-scale banking/financial services environments preferred.
• Experience in a 24x7 global support model.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily batch processing across multiple mainframe test regions.
• Analyze batch failures, abends, job delays, and scheduling issues.
• Execute job restarts, reruns, validations, and recovery per procedures.
• Coordinate with application support teams and SMEs for issue resolution.
• Investigate batch failures and identify root causes; troubleshoot JCL, datasets, and scheduling.
