Job summary

Insurcomm Restoration is seeking a Business Development Manager to build and grow a Maine territory from the ground up. This field-based role focuses on hunting new opportunities, expanding accounts from zero, and deepening relationships with customers while coordinating with operations for a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field sales or account management with a hunting focus
• Experience in restoration, construction, facilities management, or insurance ecosystem is a strong plus
• Excellent discovery, communication, and negotiation skills; confident presenter
• Consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota in a metrics-driven environment
• Valid driver's license and comfort with local travel across the territory
• Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a territory growth plan targeting high-potential accounts across the Maine market
• Prospect and generate new business through outreach, networking, and in-person meetings
• Organize and attend industry events and trade shows, converting activity into revenue
• Run effective discovery meetings to understand client needs, timelines, and decision processes
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers, insurance professionals, and referral partners
• Collaborate with operations to ensure exceptional client experience and project handoff
• Support client communications when needed to strengthen trust and retention
• Track activity and pipeline in HubSpot (or similar CRM)
• Comply with all safety, driving, and jobsite requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the team and business
