Qualifications

• Associate Degree (AA/AS) or Vocational School required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or TS-C certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Assemble, organize and maintain sterile field for operative procedures
• Anticipate surgeon needs and case progression
• Proper disposition of specimens and instruments
• Collaborate with surgical team to minimize anesthesia time and promote patient safety
• Call is required for this position
