Requirements
- The Service Quick Lane Technician creates an exceptional customer experience while fostering customer loyalty.
- Responsible for diagnostics and repairs of customer and dealership vehicles.
- Must operate a vehicle and understand dealership computer systems.
- Attend company and factory training; stay current with manufacturer warranty requirements.
- Adhere to Snell Privacy and Information Security Policies.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and co-workers.
- Answer customers’ technical questions regarding vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
- Possess knowledge of automotive systems and review service orders for necessary repairs.
- Stay informed about new models and product improvements based on technical service bulletins.
- Understand warranty guidelines and relate them to warranty service repair orders.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers throughout the repair process.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for three or more hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent; at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company MVR policy requirements.
- Pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test).
