Requirements

The Service Quick Lane Technician creates an exceptional customer experience and fosters customer loyalty. Responsibilities include diagnostics and repairs of customers' and dealerships' vehicles. Key duties include:

  • Operating a vehicle
  • Understanding dealership computer systems
  • Attending company and factory training
  • Staying current with manufacturer warranty requirements
  • Adhering to Snell Privacy and Information Security Policies
  • Building good relationships with customers and co-workers
  • Responding to customers’ technical questions regarding vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs
  • Having knowledge of automotive systems
  • Reviewing service orders and inspecting vehicles for repairs
  • Staying informed on new models and technical bulletins
  • Understanding warranty guidelines and applying them to repair orders
  • Communicating effectively with team members during repairs
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license and compliance with MVR policy
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
