Role

The Service Advisor creates an exceptional customer experience while fostering customer loyalty. Acts as a liaison between the customer and the service technician. Responsibilities include:

1. Diagnosing automotive problems based on customer descriptions, inspections, test drives, and vehicle records.
2. Verifying warranty and service contract coverage.
3. Developing estimates for repairs and services.
4. Preparing repair orders with detailed descriptions and obtaining approval.
5. Maintaining customer rapport by explaining estimates, scheduling, and addressing concerns.
6. Recording problems and corrective actions.
7. Participating in educational opportunities to stay updated.
8. Adding value through ownership of requests and exploring new opportunities.
