The Valet team member creates an exceptional customer experience and fosters customer loyalty. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Greeting customers warmly
2. Guiding customers into the service drive
3. Introducing customers to service advisors
4. Vacuuming vehicles, filling washer fluid, and setting tire pressures
5. Maintaining cleanliness of the service drive
6. Monitoring parking lot for service cars and managing vehicle placement
7. Maintaining a positive attitude and motivation daily
