The Service Quick Lane Technician creates an exceptional customer experience while fostering customer loyalty. The Service Quick Lane Technician will be responsible for the diagnostics and repairs of our customers' and dealerships' vehicles. As the Service Quick Lane Technician, your role will include but not be limited to the following:

1. Must be able to operate a vehicle
2. Know and understand the dealership computer systems
3. Attend company and factory training
4. Stay current with manufacturer warranty requirements
5. Understand the Snell Privacy and Information Security Policies and adhere to the requirements
6. Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and co-workers
7. Answer customers’ technical questions regarding vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
8. Knowledge of automotive systems in general
9. Review service orders and inspect the vehicle for necessary repairs
10. Knowledge of new models and product improvements, based on technical service bulletins
11. Knowledge of warranty guidelines and ability to relate them to warranty service repair orders
12. Communicate well with co-workers throughout the repair process
13. Other duties as assigned
14. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet for three or more hours at a time
15. High school diploma or equivalent
16. Must be at least eighteen years of age
17. Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company MVR policy requirements
18. Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test)
