Hanania Automotive Group in St. Augustine, FL is seeking an Automotive Main Line Service Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, guide vehicle maintenance, and help build lasting loyalty.

You will greet customers, assess needs, create transparent repair orders with estimates, coordinate with technicians and parts, and pursue sales goals while maintaining safety and satisfaction across every interaction.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required; create exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong orientation to goals and driving sales performance.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and follow-up with technology.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass required screenings (background & hair follicle).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, set and confirm service appointments.
• Assess vehicle needs through information gathering and walk-arounds; use consultative selling.
• Create transparent repair orders with detailed cost/time estimates.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely completion and updates.
• Pursue sales goals and broaden product knowledge for maintenance and warranty needs.
• Process cash and checks according to company policy.
