Job summary

Responsibilities

• Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and pack/shipping of outgoing mail.
• Maintain vendor communication and coordinate shipping with UPS/FedEx systems.
• Scan, index, and upload paperwork documentation.
• Support Production, Support and Management teams as needed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure punctual attendance.
• Use proprietary hardware and software and uphold accurate records.
