Job summary

Techio, a next-gen technology management company, is seeking a Mail Clerk to organize and distribute mail within the corporate environment in Rhode Island. The role involves handling inbound and outbound mail, packing shipments, and supporting the receiving department with timely delivery across departments.

The position emphasizes accuracy, logging, and customer service as you distribute mail, packages, and prints, while assisting with toner delivery and related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Receives, sorts, and distributes mail and packages.
• Maintains logs and paperwork for tracking.

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming and outgoing mail.
• Sort and deliver mail and packages to departments.
• Work with Receiving Department to distribute mail and packages throughout the building.
• Answer pickup requests for interoffice mail and deliver accordingly.
• Process packages for overnight delivery and through carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS).
• Maintain logs and paperwork for follow-up and tracking.
