Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks a hands-on Long Term Temp Mailroom / Print Services Associate (General Clerk) in Lower Manhattan to support mail distribution, package handling, print production and shipping/receiving operations.

Responsibilities include sorting and distributing mail, operating mailroom and print equipment, tracking deliveries and providing cross-coverage at another office as needed. The position is onsite, Monday through Friday, through April 2027, paying $24–$32 per hour.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills for mailroom tasks.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50-60 lbs.
• Experience with mailroom operations or print services is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Driver's license and ability to travel to a NJ office for coverage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort and distribute mail and packages.
• Operate mailroom and printing equipment.

• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
