Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, mail services, or a related field.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CA Driver's License (if applicable) or ability to meet company requirements.
• Ability to operate mailroom equipment (postage meters, sorters, scanners).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in sorting, scanning, and recordkeeping.
• Basic computer and scanning proficiency.
• Knowledge of safe material-handling and lifting practices.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of medical records and PHI.
• Good organizational, time-management, and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Mail Processing — Receive, sort, weigh, scan, track, and distribute mail accurately within timeframes.
• Managed Care Operations Support — Track and route time-sensitive documents and regulatory communications.
• Package Handling — Verify deliveries and coordinate internal distribution.
• Mail Systems Operations — Operate mailing equipment and related systems; coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Document Tracking and Records Management — Maintain logs and records with audit trails.
• Inventory Management — Monitor postage supplies and mailroom inventory.
