Strativia is seeking a dependable Mailroom Clerk to support daily mail operations, supply management, and general office logistics. The role includes handling incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining equipment, and ensuring timely delivery of sensitive materials.

Responsibilities include sorting and distributing mail throughout the day, processing outgoing mail with postage and certified options, and coordinating with couriers to resolve issues.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to interact with staff, managers, and clients.
• Basic typing and computer skills for labels and forms.

Responsabilidades

• Pick up, sort, and distribute incoming mail and hand deliveries.
• Distribute mail multiple times daily by name, floor, room, and division.
• Process outgoing mail with envelopes, postage labels, and certified mail as needed.
• Inspect outgoing mail for accuracy and delivery compliance.
• Pack and label large document shipments and track addresses.
• Maintain and operate photocopying equipment and supplies.
