Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process and distribute inter-office and outgoing mail for multiple sites.
• Manage storage, organization, and replenishment of office supplies.
• Conduct stock audits and place orders for swatches and supplies.
• Operate and maintain mailroom equipment and systems.
• Label, package, and arrange daily pick-ups.
• Dispatch sales aids, gift cards, and mail to customers and stores.
• Coordinate with partners to address outages and stock issues.
• Handle payments, deposits, and mail order issues as required.
• Support business operations with additional duties as needed.
