• Uses separator sheets to organize utility bills before scanning.
• Performs manual review of invoices to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Routes nonconforming items to the lead for review with a standard reject form.
• Meets production quotas in a fast-paced mailroom environment.
• Maintains up-to-date procedures and discards outdated ones.
