Job summary

IST Management is seeking a Mailroom Clerk to deliver mail and packages on foot within our Cleveland office. This entry-level position requires reliability, good customer service, and strong attention to detail.

You will process outbound FedEx and UPS shipments, keep the mailroom organized, and support a dynamic, growing company. Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM. On-site parking is provided and the position pays $17 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree a plus.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds.

• Deliver mail and packages to various departments within the office building.
