PACCAR is seeking a Mailroom Clerk to handle mail, parcels, and office supplies across Kirkland, Renton, and Bellevue, WA. You will operate a vehicle, sort and deliver mail, and process packages with carriers, while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires a Washington driver’s license, strong customer service, and ability to lift 25 pounds. PACCAR offers a strong benefits package including 401(k) and pension.

Qualifications

• Courier/mail processing experience preferred.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Excellent and professional level customer service daily.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Able to move/lift 25 pounds; 50 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Handle secure and efficient transportation of mail between PACCAR locations in WA.
• Operate vehicle for daily routes and timely deliveries.
• Sort and deliver incoming mail; process outgoing mail.
