Spsnorthamerica in Stamford, Connecticut is seeking a Mailroom Associate to support daily mail, shipping, and document services. Your role will include managing incoming and outgoing mail, assisting with office services, and ensuring smooth workplace operations.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service, along with organizational capabilities necessary to keep the workplace efficient. A High School diploma and 2+ years of relevant experience are preferred, along with an ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

From receiving critical deliveries to supporting office services, you'll play an important role in ensuring day‑to‑day operations run efficiently.
Every package delivered, shipment processed, and document completed contributes to a seamless workplace experience. Your attention to detail and commitment to service help ensure employees have the resources and support they need to do their best work.
