Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; training provided for specific role.
• Comfort with learning new technologies and software tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare courier packages, coordinate pick-up/delivery and confirm receipts with stakeholders.
• Assist with processing international shipments and validate documentation.
• Enter Bills of Lading and maintain shipping records; troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Support onsite package logistics and generate data reports on shipping activity.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and orderly work area; provide admin support as needed.
