Job summary

Oatey seeks a Material Handler in Minnesota to process orders and support safe, efficient operations. The role covers both shipping and receiving, with emphasis on accuracy and timely execution in a distribution center environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a DC, strong English communication, and proficiency with WMS and MS Office; forklift certification is required. HS diploma or equivalent preferred; on-site position with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience as a Material Handler in a distribution center.
• English fluency, both verbal and written.
• Proficient with WMS and Microsoft Office; forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound/outbound customer orders while meeting safety and performance goals.
• Coordinate shipping: priorities, audits, BOLs, ship confirmations, and dock management.
• Coordinate receiving: verify PO numbers, data entry, and put-away per system rules.
• Monitor dock space and carrier performance; report issues and support safety practices.
