The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent and strong communication skills, with basic computer proficiency to handle routine mail room tasks and equipment maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Perform pick-up and delivery rounds for clinical nursing areas as scheduled.
• Sort US mail and interoffice mail accurately in mailboxes.
• Update patient billing addresses using the department computer system.
• Monitor mail slots/bins for accuracy and efficiency.
• Order mail room supplies and maintain equipment as needed.
• Coordinate postage and meter use with USPS if required.
• Demonstrate knowledge of mail room equipment and processes.
