Job summary

Corewell Health in Fort Wayne is seeking a detail-oriented Mailroom associate to execute daily mailroom procedures and support campus operations. You will sort and prep incoming mail, deliver to appropriate locations, and maintain equipment while following safety protocols.

Preferred candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent and at least one year of mailroom experience. The role includes training and collaborative work within the department to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Preferred High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year mailroom experience preferred to be proficient.

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming mail and prep items.
• Sort mail by weight, class and service.
• Deliver mail to mailbox, satellite mailrooms, and tenants as applicable.
• Maintain all equipment according to procedures.
• Attend required safety training and follow exposure control plans.
• Promote a professional, courteous environment and work as part of a department/unit team.
• Rotate between all campuses as needed.
