Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mail Clerk to receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages across the site. The role includes handling postage, maintaining equipment, and coordinating large mailings with multiple teams. Training colleagues on the postage machine is also required.

The position emphasizes accuracy in log keeping, inventory control, and adhering to safety policies while supporting day-to-day operations and light administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience.
• Knowledge of HAZCOM and Hazard material handling.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receives, sorts and distributes mail and packages.
• Weighs and posts postage for outgoing mail.
• Maintains postage equipment and supplies.
• Coordinates with teams for large mailings.
• Keeps records, reports and inventories updated.
