Job summary

Graybar Electric Company in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a Mail Room Coordinator to run daily mail operations and ensure payroll and AP checks are processed accurately. You will sort and distribute interoffice mail, manage postage, and maintain equipment & inventories while training staff.

This is a full-time, on-site role with a standard weekday schedule. The position requires 2+ years of mail room experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds and operate

Qualifications

• 2+ years Mail Room experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Experience with general office equipment, postage machines, PCs, folding & inserting machinery.
• Knowledge of basic postal regulations and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sorting, filing, and delivery of interoffice mail and notices.
• Process payroll and AP checks under supervision.
• Maintain postage records and inventory of postage supplies.
• Train Mail Room staff on routing, postage, and equipment use.
• Account for postage and conduct semiannual envelope stock inventory.
