Main Street Renewal is seeking a Mailroom Coordinator to ensure timely distribution of all mail and parcels on-site, including opening, sorting, and logging mail and deliveries.

The role supports site operations with accurate documentation, postage management, and prompt service to residents and staff. Requires 1+ year in mailroom/admin work; ability to lift 50 lbs; strong communication and attention to detail.

• Experience in corporate mailroom operations or administrative support.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move safely.
• Strong attention to detail and handling sensitive mail.

Responsabilidades

• Distribute all incoming mail and parcels on time.
• Open, sort, and route mail; maintain electronic logs.
• Manage postage and process outgoing mail and couriers.
• Answer reception and support site operations as needed.
• Support inventory of mailroom supplies and equipment.
