IST Management is seeking a Mail Services Courier to join our Davie, FL team! The Courier will be responsible for assisting with mail and package services provided on-site in a team environment. Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, are a team player, possess a valid driver's license, and are willing to train!

$15.00-15.00 USD + benefits!

Schedule

Monday-Friday (9:30AM-6:30PM) NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS!

Responsibilities

• Process incoming packages by scanning and tagging them and placing them in their corresponding areas
• Operate company van or vehicle for mail/package delivery throughout campus environment, as needed
• Lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages and shipments of paper (Must be able to lift 40 lbs.)
• Handle time-sensitive material like confidential and/or urgent packages
• Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high-volume, production environment
• Take direction from supervisor or site manager
• Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
• Adhere to all safety procedures; perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Authorization to work for any employer in the US, high school diploma or GED required. Pre-employment drug screening required.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; excellent communication skills
• Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
• Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment; c ompetency in performing multiple functional tasks
• Ability to meet employer's attendance policy; a valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
• Willingness to cross train in services provided
