Job summary

Weltman is seeking a Mail Legal Specialist in Dublin, OH to review, sort, and enter mail data, while occasionally covering the front desk and handling calls. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and reliable attendance in a busy mailroom environment.

Responsibilities include processing mail, data entry, and supporting internal clients, with a requirement to pass a background check and drug screen. OT or on-call availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of mailroom/processing experience preferred.
• Valid state driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Typing speed of at least 35 wpm for data entry.
• Pass a detailed background check and drug screen.
• May require OT or on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Receives, reviews, and sorts incoming mail.
• Interprets and enters data electronically.
• Follow up with internal clients to resolve questions or missing data.
• Files or routes source documents after entry.
• Processes and scans checks.
• Performs other clerical duties, including photocopying and filing.
• Provide coverage for the front desk as needed.
• Complete required training for the position.
• Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
• Other duties as assigned.
