Job summary

Weltman, Weinberg & Reis is seeking a Mail Legal Specialist in Dublin, OH area to review and sort mailed documents, categorize information, and enter data into designated systems. The role includes occasional front desk coverage, greeting visitors, and answering calls as needed.

The position requires a high school diploma, 1 year mailroom/processing experience preferred, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, typing speed of 35 wpm, and a valid driver’s license. ET/OT may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year relevant experience in mailroom/processing preferred.
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Receives, reviews, and sorts incoming mail.
• Interprets and enters data electronically.
• Follows up with internal clients to resolve questions or missing data.
• Files or routes source documents after entry.
• Processes and scans checks.
• Performs other clerical duties including photocopying and filing.
• Provides coverage for the front desk as needed.
• Complete required training for the position.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
