Job summary

Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA is seeking a detail‑oriented Mail Legal Specialist for our Dublin, OH office. You will review, sort, and enter information into designated systems and assist visitors and callers as needed.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year in mailroom/processing, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and typing 35 WPM. Regular attendance and training completing are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in mailroom, stockroom or processing preferred.
• Valid state driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and type 35 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Receives, reviews, and sorts incoming mail.
• Interprets and enters data electronically.
• Follow up with internal clients to resolve questions or missing data.
• Provide front desk coverage as needed and greet visitors.
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
