Job summary

Maritz is seeking a seasoned mail center supervisor to oversee operations at our Fenton campus. You will manage receiving, processing, storing, and shipping materials while coordinating internal mail and carrier shipments. Lead daily workflows, train staff, and ensure accurate billing and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in managing mail operations and staff.
• Strong knowledge of USPS regulations and mailing processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mail center operations, including receiving, processing, storing, and shipping materials.
• Coordinate internal mail, USPS, and private carrier shipments and provide guidance on procedures.
• Supervise daily mail center workflow: staffing, scheduling, training, and performance.
• Operate and maintain mailroom equipment and manage inventory, billing, and shipping docs.
• Support facilities services such as landscaping, janitorial, and vending contracts.
