• Five (5) years of mail center or postal operations experience.
• Five (5) years of supervisory or management experience in a mail center, mailroom, postal operations, or a similar work environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to obtain all credentials and security clearance as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily mail center operations.
• Supervise all contractor personnel.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Coordinate mail processing and delivery schedules.
• Serve as primary liaison with the COR.
• Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.
