• Serves as courier to Branchville Post Office and bank.
• Packages and prepares special mailings for postage and delivery.
• Uses PC workstation and CICS AGT5 to access online agent file info.
• Processes E-Certified Mail online.
• Monitors workflows to ensure smooth mail center operations.
• Initiates service calls for mailroom equipment.
• Provides daily direction and mentoring; trains staff; covers manager in their absence.
