Job summary

Maritz is seeking a Manager, Mail & Contracted Services for our Fenton, MO campus. You will oversee all mail center operations, coordinate internal mail, USPS, and private carrier shipments, and lead daily workflow including staffing and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred or related experience.
• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Thorough understanding of U.S. Postal Service regulations and mailing processes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn mail center equipment, software, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all mail center operations, including receiving, processing, storing, and shipping materials.
• Coordinate internal mail, USPS, and private carrier shipments and guide mailing procedures.
• Supervise daily mail center workflow, staffing, scheduling, training, and performance.
• Operate and maintain mailroom equipment, manage inventory and billing records.
• Support facility operations via oversight of contractor-provided services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, customers, tenants, and providers.
• Monitor feedback and recommend service improvements for operational excellence.
• Stay informed on facility management trends for continuous improvement.
