The Renley at Woodholme Gardens in Pikesville, MD is seeking a Memory Care Activity Director to develop monthly programming calendars and train staff while ensuring resident safety.

You will engage families, conduct tours, and collaborate with the care team; competitive pay, benefits, and PTO from day one are offered.

Qualifications

• Maintain CPR/First Aid Certification.
• College credits required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on the resident preferences.
• Train new staff on the Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations.
• Ensures a safe environment for the residents by following Prohibited Items and Safety Check policies.
• Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education.
• Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their family members when necessary.
