Job summary

The Renley at Woodholme Gardens, a Sonida Senior Living community, in Pikesville, MD, seeks a Wellness Director to oversee resident health services, policy implementation, and compliance with state and federal regulations. You will supervise health-related activities and collaborate with health care providers to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be a Maryland-licensed Registered Nurse with at least three years of senior living, in-home health, or geriatric nursing in a similar position.
• Must hold a Delegating Nurse/Case Manager (RN CM/DN) certification in Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Assures implementation of policies and procedures relating to Resident care and oversight of all health-related services.
• Manages, coordinates and directs all activities in accordance with state and applicable federal regulations, as well as Community policies and procedures.
• Establishes working relationship with health care professionals in the community to include interactions with the Residents’ health care providers.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
