The Waterford at Mansfield is seeking a Magnolia Trails Director (Memory Care Activities) to lead monthly programming and train staff per Magnolia Trails Pillars. This role ensures a safe environment and maintains open communication with families, supporting education and resident well-being.

The position requires CPR/First Aid certification and college credits; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Maintain CPR/First Aid Certification.
• College credits required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on resident preferences.
• Train new staff on the Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations.
• Ensures a safe environment for the residents by following Prohibited Items and Safety Check policies.
• Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education.
• Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their family members when necessary.
