Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; English literacy required.
• 5 years as a registered nurse and 2 years of management experience.
• RN (REGISTERED NURSE) Upon Hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead Magnet Program Steering Committee and related committees.
• Develop and implement programs to improve employee relations and recognition.
• Coordinate Magnet application, documentation, designation, and redesignation.
• Educate staff toward evidence‑based practice and continuous quality improvement.
• Oversee nursing staff development and education initiatives.
