Job summary

Atlantic Health is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate Magnet activities and enhance nursing practice through research and evidence-based initiatives. You will act as a liaison among nursing leadership, interdisciplinary teams, and accrediting bodies, driving a culture of inquiry and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have a PhD in Nursing or a Master’s degree with research experience and a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience. Join us to make an impact in patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Experience with Magnet designation/redesignation processes strongly preferred.
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Magnet documentation and readiness activities.
• Mentor nurses to participate in research and EBP activities.
• Collaborate with nurses to design and evaluate nurse-led research.
