In this role, you'll enhance nursing practices, facilitate evidence-based improvements, and work closely with nursing leadership to drive quality outcomes across the organization. A Master's degree in Nursing and significant leadership experience are required.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field required.
- Current RN license in Ohio or Compact State.
- 5+ years of nursing experience, with 2 in a leadership role.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the Magnet® Program activities.
- Facilitate nursing professional practice improvements.
- Collaborate with nursing leadership and quality teams.
