Responsibilities

• Chairs the Magnet Steering Committee and serves as liaison for clinical and support departments, administration, physicians, and the community.
• Conducts gap analysis for Magnet Model components and works with leadership to close gaps.
• Develops Magnet dashboards and shares with CNO and Nursing Leadership monthly.
• Provides and coordinates education for staff and Magnet Champions on initiatives and standards.
• Analyzes nurse-sensitive indicators and develops action plans to meet benchmarks.
