Job summary

REalloys Inc. is seeking an experienced Magnet Manufacturing Engineer to lead design, optimization, and scaling of magnet manufacturing processes. You will drive efficiency, quality, and sustainability across production, collaborating with R&D, product development, and QA teams.

The role requires a strong background in manufacturing engineering, materials science, and magnetics, with 3–5 years of relevant experience. On-site position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• A master’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process Development: Design and develop manufacturing processes for magnetic materials and components.
• Optimization: Improve processes to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Quality Control: Establish and maintain rigorous QC procedures to meet standards.
• Collaboration: Work with R&D, product development, and QA to integrate new products.
• Equipment Management: Select, install, and maintain manufacturing equipment.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed process and QC documentation.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure activities comply with safety regulations and policies.
